Coordinating enterprise workflows across business functions

A shared BPM environment connected workflows across business functions with SAP S/4HANA and mobile systems.

The challenge

Anadolu Efes needed a consistent way to manage business processes that involved different teams, systems and approval paths. Forms, documents, notifications and task assignments had to move through defined workflows while remaining connected to the organisation's existing enterprise applications.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology delivered the BPM implementation, including user-specific form rules, approval flows, task and notification handling. The workflow processes were integrated with SAP S/4HANA through Efes Connect and with Efes Joy.

Turning cloud operations data into actionable visibility

A SQL Server data warehouse, SSIS pipelines and Power BI brought operational and invoicing data into a shared reporting environment.

The challenge

Operational information was distributed across infrastructure, backup, incident, request, change and invoicing systems. Turning these separate data streams into a reliable operational view required consistent ingestion, transformation and reporting rather than manual consolidation.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology designed the Microsoft SQL Server-based data warehouse and built ingestion pipelines for API and database sources. SSIS processes transformed and loaded the data, while Power BI reports made infrastructure and service information accessible for operational analysis.

Modernising a SQL Server platform for higher availability

Deka Technology assessed, migrated and tested a SQL Server Always On platform for high availability and recovery.

The challenge

Arabam.com's existing three-node database environment was based on SQL Server 2016 and Windows Server 2016. Modernising the platform required more than a version upgrade: workloads, dependencies and compatibility had to be assessed before the database estate could move to new hardware and a new availability architecture.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology assessed the workloads, dependencies and compatibility requirements of the existing environment. The team supported the new hardware setup, implemented a three-node SQL Server 2019 Always On availability group and carried out the migration using backup and restore processes together with log shipping.

Enterprise analytics with Power BI for Anadolu Efes

A shared analytics environment connecting data-platform architecture, multi-source ingestion, ETL and Power BI reporting across core business functions.

The challenge

Anadolu Efes needed an analytics environment capable of serving several business functions from a shared data and reporting foundation. The initiative had to bring together information from multiple sources, prepare it for analysis and make reports accessible to a broad enterprise user base, including through mobile access.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology designed and delivered the analytics environment. The scope covered data-platform architecture, ingestion from multiple sources, ETL design and implementation, and the development of Power BI reports and dashboards for operational and management needs.

Oracle EBS single sign-on integration for AgeSA

An identity integration connecting Active Directory and Oracle EBS for single sign-on and automated user lifecycle synchronisation.

The challenge

AgeSA's legacy Oracle E-Business Suite environment required users to manage a separate application password in addition to their Active Directory credentials. User lifecycle changes also had to be reflected reliably between the corporate directory and Oracle EBS.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology designed and implemented the integration path between Active Directory and Oracle EBS. The work included continuous replication from Active Directory to Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Access Manager credential-query configuration and the supporting WebLogic environment.

A mobile operations platform for AXA Partners' tow services

A glove-friendly driver application and operations back office supporting location-informed tow-service workflows and operational reporting.

The challenge

Tow-service operations depend on timely coordination between drivers and operational teams. AXA Partners needed a digital workflow that could support drivers in the field, provide location and order-tracking information to the back office, and capture the operational data required for performance measurement and reporting.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology designed and developed the mobile and back-office components of the solution. The delivery included a glove-friendly interface for tow-truck drivers, Google Maps location information, and support for both Android and iOS.

Building a repeatable KNIME ETL workflow for Arvato Bertelsmann

Deka Technology built a repeatable KNIME workflow that standardises, validates and loads file and database data into Microsoft SQL Server.

The challenge

Business data was distributed across Excel files, CSV exports and database systems. Preparing these sources for downstream use required more than moving records from one system to another: formats had to be aligned, quality rules applied and errors handled consistently.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology designed and implemented the KNIME-based ETL workflow. The work covered source extraction, transformation logic, data-quality controls, enrichment, error handling and loading into Microsoft SQL Server.

Digitalising e-retail order management for Anadolu Efes

Deka Technology developed ERP-adaptable order tracking and reporting that digitalised manual processes through a service-oriented architecture.

The challenge

The order-management process relied on manual activities that constrained efficiency and made consistent tracking more difficult. The solution also needed to work with ERP platforms rather than create a disconnected order channel.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology developed the ERP-adaptable order tracking and reporting system and digitalised the related manual processes.

Centralising infrastructure monitoring for Anadolu Group

Deka Technology established inventory visibility, central monitoring and structured out-of-hours alarm response across a hybrid infrastructure estate.

The challenge

The infrastructure landscape spanned multiple group companies, operating systems, databases, middleware applications, container environments and deployment models. This breadth made complete inventory visibility, consistent monitoring definitions and coordinated maintenance more difficult.

Deka Technology’s role

Deka Technology carried out infrastructure discovery and reconciled its inventory with customer and previous-vendor records. The work included checking unreachable servers, creating required administrative users outside the domain, defining database maintenance users and tasks, and establishing monitoring definitions for the full server estate.
