How is Deka different from a staffing agency or broker?

We are the engineering company — not a middleman. Every engineer is a full-time Deka employee. We own the delivery, the quality and the outcome. There is no subcontracting chain between you and the people writing your code.

What languages do your project managers speak?

Our client-facing project managers and engineering leads speak fluent German and English. All technical documentation, status reports and executive communication can be delivered in your preferred language. We serve clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK and Scandinavia.

Is Turkey GDPR-compliant for software development?

Turkey has its own data protection law (KVKK) modeled after GDPR. Deka is ISO 27001 certified and implements GDPR-compatible processes by default — including data processing agreements, access controls and audit trails. We serve EU-regulated clients in banking, insurance and healthcare.

What is the typical onboarding timeline?
