Your responsibilities

Your profile

• Manage, maintain, and monitor Windows Server and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based services.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and authentication services.
• Support the design, implementation, and administration of Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Manage virtualized environments such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and infrastructure health.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure security, access controls, and system hardening.
• Manage user identities, permissions, and access policies in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and system-level incidents.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, technology migrations, upgrades, and system implementations.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Maintain technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor cloud usage and support cost optimization and resource management.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and external IT service providers when required.
• Ensure IT infrastructure complies with company policies, standards, and security requirements.
• Participate in on-call or out-of-hours support activities when required.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data models in SAP BW / BW4HANA
• Build and optimize ETL processes for SAP and non-SAP system integration
• Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions
• Participate in all project phases — analysis, development, testing, deployment

Your profile

• 5–6 years of hands-on project experience in SAP BW / BW4HANA
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP BW projects in enterprise environments
• Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling and ETL processes
• SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud or BusinessObjects experience is a plus; upper-intermediate English

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable .NET backend services and Web APIs
• Drive architectural decisions for enterprise-grade applications
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Your profile

• 5+ years of production experience with C# and .NET (Core/6+)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices and domain-driven design
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework and CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and data models
• Design ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration across multiple sources
• Optimize SQL queries and data warehouse performance
• Work with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar ETL tools
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into data solutions

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Pipelines)
• Build and optimize data models, notebooks and dataflows in Fabric
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality across the platform
• Collaborate with BI teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions on Fabric

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering with Microsoft stack (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric)
• Hands-on experience with Lakehouse architecture, Spark notebooks and SQL analytics
• Strong Power BI skills (DAX, data modeling) and understanding of medallion architecture
• Familiarity with Python or PySpark; Microsoft Fabric certification is a plus

Your responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
• Monitor, optimize and secure production environments
• Drive containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes

Your profile

• 3+ years of hands-on cloud experience (AWS or Azure certified preferred)
• Strong Linux/Windows server administration skills
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
• Knowledge of networking, security best practices and monitoring tools

Your responsibilities

• Work on real enterprise projects alongside senior engineers
• Contribute to R&D initiatives and proof-of-concept implementations
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and sprint planning
• Build your engineering skills in a structured mentorship program

Your profile

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science or Engineering
• Passion for software development and eagerness to learn
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, JS)
• Available for full-time work or minimum 3-month internship
