  • Domain complexity is high (banking, insurance, healthcare) and context matters
  • Integration with internal teams is deep (shared codebases, joint architecture decisions)
  • Time-to-market pressure demands rapid iteration cycles
  • Compliance requirements (GDPR, sector-specific regulation) demand close partnership

Total Cost of Ownership Model
