Yes. Most positions support hybrid or fully remote work. Each job listing specifies the work model — Istanbul on-site, hybrid, or remote.

What tech stack does Deka use?

It depends on the domain. Software teams work with .NET, Java, React and microservices. Data teams use SAP BW, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Python. Cloud teams work with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform.

Is there a training budget?

Yes. Every engineer receives an annual training budget for certifications, conferences and online courses.
