The Challenge
After experiencing consistent growth through acquisitions and expansion, Anadolu Efes sought to enhance its business process management to provide enterprise-wide operational efficiencies and alignment. In order to do this, they intended to implement digital workflows across their production, sales, finance, and human resource domains.
