Birol Kabakoğlu, our Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Deka Technology, brings an impressive 20-year track record of founding numerous technology startups. In his leadership role, he oversees Deka Technology’s strategic direction, driving growth and establishing it as the preferred choice for strategic IT clients.
Birol Kabakoğlu embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in Istanbul in 2009 with the founding of tasit.com, which he later sold to Garajsepeti (Kavak) in 2017. Subsequently, his journey with Deka Technology began.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Birol Kabakoğlu was honored with the Red Herring Top 100 Award in April 2014, as well as the Europe’s Best Startups 2012 Award by Wired Magazine. Deka Technology received the Deloitte Fast 50 award in 2021 and 2022, further highlighting our exceptional achievements.
Beyond his impressive professional journey, Birol Kabakoğlu is also an investor in numerous startups and is a Co-Founder of the online platform cvlogin GmbH in Berlin, specializing in resume creation and recommendations.
Birol Kabakoğlu successfully completed his studies in Production Engineering at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, bringing deep understanding and extensive expertise to the IT industry.
