- vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer): Strategic alignment, budgeting, planning, and consulting services with account reviews and IT roadmaps to advance your digital transformation.
- Managed Services Concierge:Your central point of contact for all account details. A trusted advisor acting as a liaison between your vCIO and the service team, handling inquiries about IT services, invoices, and any technology supporting decision-making, collaboration, productivity, compliance, business continuity, security, and efficiency.
- Client Management Tools: Comprehensive tools including Professional Services Automation, Ticketing, CRM, Remote Management and Monitoring, Documentation, Communication, Notification, and Data Privacy.
- Vendor Technical Assistance: Direct interaction with your other technology vendors for incident remediation, ticket opening, request escalation, or incident resolution within your IT environment. This covers hardware manufacturers, software development firms, cloud service providers, ISPs, telecommunication brokers, printer and copier companies, and local couriers.
- Procurement Services: Sourcing products exclusively from authorized channels, recommending business-class solutions, identifying configuration options, managing licenses and warranties, and ensuring the authenticity of all products.
- Network Management: Monitoring, administration, reporting, domain name and SSL certificate management, remote incident remediation, and on-site incident remediation.
- Database Consulting: Expert guidance for installation, management, performance enhancement, and security of your databases.
