Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, preferred Computer Engineering or Software Engineering required, MBA preferred
- Preferably technical experience in architecting and building end-to-end solutions using RPA technologies with tangible results for identifying the right technology and tools in accordance with the customer requirements
- Education and development/testing experience on any object-oriented programming language (preferably C#, .NET, VB)
- A track record in the successful delivery and support of Excel Macros, Visual Basic scripts or other configuration or scripting type technology
- 2+ years of experience on managing people or teams

The Developer is expected to;
Job Description:
- Efficiently architect, design and lead the implementation of end to end RPA solutions for a variety of business scenarios
- Ensuring the customer needs are understood and delivered against in each step of the delivery cycle
- Manage the detailed technical tasks required to deliver high quality solutions in accordance with the delivery methodology
- Translate non-technical, business requirements into technical requirements effectively
- Develop technical roadmap that incorporates RPA, AI and Machine Learning solutions that includes current and future needs
- Monitor RPA technologies, trends and advancements, and maintain/update the architectural standards accordingly
- Perform technical evaluation of solutions and assessment of solutions with in-depth knowledge on RPA technologies and development practices
- Maintain code quality, development standards, sustainability of the organization and solution governance
- Lead team of developers and provide guidance & issue resolution and perform development tasks when needed
- Define test plans and methods to ensure successful delivery of production products
- Work across internal and external teams to make necessary technical tradeoffs to meet the expected performance of the solution while ensuring cost and time on the project with minimum deviation
- Accountable and responsible for meeting project timelines as well as driving the same accountability across team
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, and create solutions to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Partner with IT to ensure required technical infrastructure and IT support structure to deliver RPA solutions
- Mentors developers and junior developers through the training and certification program by providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
- Act as a technical consultant who can drive technology vision & roadmap and lead architectural design sessions
